Ars Electronica: Ridin' A Train with Radian

Während einer mitternächtlichen Zugfahrt mit dem Panoramazug der VA-Stahl durch das Werksgelände der Voest erkundet die Wiener Gruppe Radian das Spannungsfeld zwischen elektronischen und nichtelektronischen Instrumenten. Daraus schält sich ein selbstdefinierter Mikrokosmos, in dem minimale Verschiebungen und Modulationen innerhalb der Struktur von Ton und Rhythmik die eigentliche Dynamik bestimmen.

Wegen der limitierten Platzzahl ist eine gesonderte Platzkarte erforderlich.

During a midnight ride through the VOEST Steel plant grounds on a train featuring special panorama observation cars, the Vienna group Radian will explore the zone of tension and interplay at the nexus of electronic and acoustic instruments. Reverberating from it will be a self-defined musical microcosm in which minimal shifts and modulations within its tonal and rhythmic structures determine the actual dynamics.

Due to space limitations, a separate reserved-seating ticket is required.
